Civil Rights Manual

This manual is made available to you to assist you in providing training to your staff. It includes handouts, worksheets, attendance records and resources. You may also use the links in the manual to access other information. The manual was revised in June, 2008, to reflect the changes in the complaint period under Iowa’s civil rights laws.
