Several state agencies have reference materials on their websites to help school districts and area education agencies with financial and business operations.
Audit Reports
This site contains audit reports issued by the Auditor of State or received from CPA firms under the provision of Chapter 11 of the Code of Iowa.  
Certified Targeted Small Business Database
Inspections and Appeals provides an online directory database of Certified Targeted Small Businesses. The database can be browsed or can be searched by keyword. 
Iowa Attorney General, Sunshine Advisory
Each month the Iowa Attorney General publishes a Sunshine Advisory regarding public records and open meetings law.
 
Iowa Code and Iowa Administrative Code
The Iowa General Assembly publishes the Iowa Code and the Iowa Administrative Code (also called Rules) on its website. 
Iowa Public Employment Relations Board
This site includes contracts, recent decisions, reported settlements, information on neutrals, and forms.
 
Unclaimed Property Reporting
This site provides reporting instructions and forms prepared by the Office of the Treasurer of State for governmental bodies to use related to funds, securities, or other property held that has fulfilled dormancy periods and is required to be reported as unclaimed property.
