Calendar of EventsMarch 2 Verify final LEA 2005-06 special education balances with the Department of Management.April 5 Special education finance presentation at State IASBO Conference. May 1 Send out student count worksheets and foster care, district court placed, nonpublic, and high cost fund applications to LEAs and AEAs. May 28 Send out Special Education Supplement CD to LEAs and AEAs. June 21 & 26 -- Web Special Education Supplement training on ICN. July 1 -- Web Special Education Supplement is available to districts. August 1 -- Foster care, district court placed, nonpublic, and high cost fund applications are due. August 17 -- Process foster care, district court placed, nonpublic, and high cost fund claims and submit for payment. September 12th ICNOctober 1 -- Web Special Education Supplement is due. December 10 -- SBRC meeting to approve district balances, allowable growth & supplemental aid, and SBRC additional administrative expenses. Contact
