A Guide to Providing Educational Opportunities in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Iowa's Preschoolers with Disabilities The guide, developed by the Iowa Department of Education and the LRE Work Group, representing all 11 AEAs and the Des Moines Independent Community School District.
