Resolution Meeting Print E-mail

This is a new process implemented after July 1, 2005. After a due process hearing request is filed with the Department, the district and AEA are responsible for offering a Resolution Meeting to the parent in order to possibly reach an agreement without having to go to a hearing before an administrative law judge.
