Quality Webpage
- Use the navigation on the left side of the page to go to different sections. To navigate within a page click on a topic in the blue "On this page" box at the top of each page.
- When clicking on any Iowa Administrative Code references please note the code citation as it will need to be entered on each site to find the specific code reference.
- Click on Iowa Administrative Code.
- On the left side of the screen Iowa Administrative Rules will expand to show Iowa Administrative Code as the second choice.
- Click on the + icon in front of Iowa Administrative Code (IAC)
- Scroll down to education Department [281], click on the + icon
- Using the noted citation, scroll down to locate the chapter number (Chapter 41 -- Special Education) you are looking for and click on the + icon
- On the main screen scroll down to locat the section (281--41.30(256B.34CFR300) Parent.) You are looking for and click on it, the citation will appear.
- You may print any section of the website. Please acknowledge the Iowa Department of Education as the provider of the information.
