Case Studies of Implementation

Each of the schools described in the case studies has put procedures in place to facilitate the collection and analysis of data, the collaborative work of teachers, and communication about professional development actions. To expedite this work and document their progress, leadership teams have used a variety of forms. In some instances, forms were taken from the Iowa Professional Development Model Training Manual; some schools modified the forms or developed new forms to better suit local needs.
