	Minimum System Requirements

Solution System Requirements

In order to watch videos or listen to podcasts on our site, make sure you meet the following MINIMUM system requirements:

1. Macromedia Flash Player 9.0+ plug-in
2. Javascript enabled
3. Cookies enabled
4. Popup blocker disabled
5. Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed
6. Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
7. Firefox 1.1+, Internet Explorer 6.0+, or Safari 1.0+
8. Broadband connection.
9. Ability to view streaming and multimedia content on your network, (no firewall restrictions, etc).

You may be able to use our multimedia files without meeting the above minimum requirements, but we can only provide support for people whose systems and networks comply with the above.
