Solution
The Iowa Department of Education has posted district-level budget reductions for 2009-2010 due to the 10-percent across-the-board cut on its website at
http://www.iowa.gov/educate/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1626&Itemid=2422;
look under State Payment - Monthly Detail.
