Iowa Alzheimer's Disease Task Force Final Report

The Iowa Alzheimer's Disease Task Force was established is to examine the current and future impact of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders on Iowa residents, including existing industries, services, and resources that address the needs of individuals and families impacted by the disease.

The Director of Elder Affairs, John McCalley, chaired the task force and invited public participation by interested parties and consumers to provide input on Alzheimer's disease and its' impact on Iowans.

How is Alzheimer's and related dementia diseases affecting your life? How would you like to see Iowa's policy makers improve the condition and availabilty of services for those with Alzheimer's and related dementia diseases?
