- Adobe
Acrobat Reader- the most commonly used external program on
our site, Adobe Acrobat Reader allows users to view and print
PDF files. This program comes pre-installed on many new computers.
Adobe PDF files may be problematic for visually disabled patrons.

- Microsoft
Word Viewer- Microsoft Word is the most commonly used word-processing
program. This plug-in will allow you to view, print, and utilize
hyperlinks from Microsoft Word documents if you do not have Word
on your computer. Use for any files with the ".doc"
or ".rtf" extension.
- Microsoft
Excel Viewer- Microsoft Excel is a commonly used spreadsheet
program. This plug-in will allow you to view or print Microsoft
Excel spreadsheets if you do not have Excel on your computer.
Use for any files with the ".xls" file extension.
