1. Clarifies
that a governmental entity not under the Board’s
jurisdiction may still request an advisory ppinion
concerning an issue under the Board’s
jurisdiction.
2. Clarifies that the Board’s Executive
Director is an “official” and therefore
must use the same process as Board members when
requesting consent to sell goods or services
to persons subject to the Board’s authority.
3. Establishes a rule that permits contributions
to a state party building fund account so long
as the contributors are publicly disclosed.
4. Defines and prohibits the misuse of public
property by persons associated with the executive
branch of state government.
