A.  Call to order

B.  Review of proposed amendment to rule 4.59
      1.   Clarifies that county statutory political committees are to be assessed for late-filed reports the same as other county committees.

      2.   Removes the repeat delinquency language for a treasurer since it is the chair or candidate that is responsible for filing, not the treasurer. 

C.  Adoption of Administrative Rules
      1.   Clarifies which committee officers are required to be disclosed on DR-1.

      2.   Establishes procedure for 527 committee to file copies of IRS filings with Board.

      3.   Clarifies that candidates filing DR-1 for one office and then amending form to run for another office file reports regardless of $750 threshold.

      4.   VSR now filed electronically.

      5.   DR-OTC now filed electronically.

      6.   PFD now filed electronically.

D.  Adjournment
