   1.   CALL TO ORDER

   2.   ADOPTION OF RULES

   3.   RULES UNDER NOTICE
         A.  Mandates that Personal Financial Disclosure Forms (Form PFD) filed with the Board by persons in the executive branch are to be filed electronically via the Board’s Web site.

         B.   Reflect the Board Advisory Opinion that a purchase of an item at fair market value by an out-of-state or federal committee from an Iowa committee does not require the filing of a Verified Statement of Registration (VSR) by the out-of-state/federal committee.

         C.   Requires the Board to vote on its officers on an annual basis at the first in-person meeting after April 30.

         D.  Implements the statutory amendment into our rule concerning the post lobbying restrictions on certain officials and state employees.
