A.            15 minute presentation by Natalie Snyders of Iowa Citizens for Community Involvement regarding complaint filed against Brent Rastetter.

B.            15 minute presentation by Michael O’Meara, assistant Polk County Attorney regarding redistrict plan complaint.

 ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION –

In accordance with the provisions of Iowa Code section 21.5(1) “c” & “g”, the Board will move into closed session to discuss complaints and investigations.  Final action on matters considered in closed session will be taken in open session.  Roll call vote.
