Out-of-State PACs/Federal PACs (VSR filings)

This page contains information of interest for out-of-state and federal PACs seeking to contribute to committees in Iowa. See 351 IAC - 4.32 for specific guidance.

 

Effective January 1, 2011, all VSRs filed by out-of-state/federal PACs must be filed electronically.
