Possible IRS Filings

It has recently been brought to our attention that if your PAC raises more than $25,000 in a year, the PAC has filings to make with the Internal Revenue Service.  You should immediately contact a tax expert or the IRS if your PAC exceeds or plans to exceed the $25,000 floor.
