Reporting Dates

Agency Reporting of Gifts and Bequests

 

The report is required to be filed within 20 days of the agency receiving the gift or bequest or the Governor accepting a gift on behalf of the state. Agencies that have an acceptable internal tracking system may submit the information to the Board on a monthly basis in lieu of filing reports.
