All Reports Due 5 Days or Less Prior to an Election Must be on File with the Board by 4:30 p.m. on Due Date.

All Reports must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on the Due Date.

NOTE: These supplementary reports are required if contributions received in the covered period equal $10,000 or more for governor; $5,000 or more for other statewide candidates; $1,000 or more for general assembly candidates. These amounts include monetary contributions, the value of in-kind contributions, and loans to the campaign from any source. These reports are due by 4:30 p.m. of the due date.
