Search Tips
If you hit ‘reset’ it will clear the whole page.
Searches can be done by candidate name or code number, political committee name or code number or by individual. It can only search one of these at a time. For example: you will not be able to search Joe Smith giving to candidate ABC. You can search who Joe Smith has given money to and which candidate ABC has gotten money from in two different searches.
Individual Searches can be done when you know the specific individual name. Example: Select contributed by, then individual fill in John Doe to see results.
Contributed By: means individual/candidate/committee that gave money to a committee.
Received By: means candidate/committee that received money given to them.
Unitemized Contributions: Funds received from a contributor in a calendar year that are $25 or less to a PAC or candidate committee; $50 or less to a county central committee; $200 or less to a state party. Total amount of unitemized contributions in a reporting period may be made as one entry on the report. All committees are required to know the name and address of any person who makes a contribution in excess of $10.
Search results are limited to return 3,000 records at a time. You may wish to further filter large committees by date or other criteria to ensure complete data.
