All open committees will have a report due on January 19th, containing information from their last report through December 31. Contact the Board with questions.
*Local Ballot Issue Committees or committees with a special election may also have a 5 day report due depending on their election date.
On Friday, April 24th, the Governor signed into law SF135. Effective July 1, 2015, the $750 reporting threshold has increased to $1000. In addition, the maximum amount for anonymous contributions has increased from $10 to $25.
Effective January 1, 2016, all campaign finance reports and statements must be electronically filed.
