 Advisory Opinions*

Iowa Code section 68B.32A(12) [formerly 68B.32A(11)] provides that the Board may issue formal advisory opinions to persons subject to the authority of the Board that, if followed, constitute a defense to a complaint concerning the same facts.

The campaign laws were moved from Chapter 56 to Chapter 68A and renumbered effective July 1, 2003.
