This page contains a list of persons who have been assessed a civil penalty for the late-filing of a report. The amount of the civil penalty is automatically set by Board rule based on the number of days late and depending on whether it is a repeat violation. A person assessed a civil penalty may submit a request for waiver setting out justifications as to why the report was late. The Board may then either deny the request or issue a partial or complete waiver. A Board decision concerning a civil penalty assessment is subject to a contested case appeal.
