Persons assessed a civil penalty for a late-filed report may file a request for waiver detailing why the report was late and asking the Board to waive the penalty. Persons granted a full waiver may be viewed by clicking Waivers. Persons granted a partial reduction in the amount of penalty imposed my be viewed by clicking on Reductions. The Board may also rescind a civil penalty when evidence is provided that the report was not late and these may be viewed by clicking on Recissions.
