Click on the links below to retrieve a list of committees, individuals, or organizations that have failed to file a disclosure report as required by statute. If any of this information is incorrect, please contact the Board.
Once the delinquent report is filed, the name is removed and a Civil Penalty Assessment Order is sent. These orders may be viewed by clicking here.
