Select Delinquencies to view listings, by type, of committees, organizations, lobbyists and lobbyist clients, or state employees who have not filed required reports. Once the late report is filed, a civil penalty order is issued and the person's name is removed and the order is available for viewing by clicking on the Civil Penalties link below.
Select Civil Penalties to view listings, by type, of committees, organizations, lobbyists and lobbyist clients, or state employees who have been issued civil penalty assessments. The individual civil penalty assessment orders are available for viewing from that listing.
