Some pages are also available for viewing in
Excel. You can sort this information by clicking on the Data
button at the top of the page and then choosing Sort.
There are 10 icons (picture buttons) on the main
page that cover major topics. Beside each icon is a short description
of the subject matter that is contained within that icon. You
can go to this information by either clicking on the pictured
icon or on the heading beside the icon. You can also search
for a specific topic by typing in the word or words in the "search
our site" box. There is also a site index located at the
bottom of the main page that allows you to search alphabetically
for various topics.
After clicking on a specific icon, there will
be links to more specific information. Choose the specific
link that you want. In addition, there will be a menu on the
left-hand side of the screen that contains the names of the
original 10 icons. Clicking on a name will take you to the
information for that particular icon.

ABOUT THE BOARD provides information about current
Board members, staff, how to locate the Board’s office,
and meeting dates, agendas, and minutes.
ADDRESS LISTS/LIST OF OFFICIALS provides names
and addresses for current campaign committees, executive branch
lobbyists and lobbyist client, past election results, and
current state, county, and city officials.
CAMPAIGNS provides campaign finance information
for all state and local elections including access to educational
brochures and blank reporting forms.
ETHICS provides information on the state Code
of Ethics for the executive branch of state government including
blank forms for filing personal financial disclosure statements
and session reception reports. It also includes pertinent
ethics information for local governmental personnel.
LOBBYING provides information on lobbying the
executive branch including blank reporting forms for lobbyists
and clients.
LAWS/RULES/OPINION provides the updated campaign
finance and ethics/lobbying laws and all of the Board’s
administrative rules that implement these laws. Finally, a
copy of all Board advisory opinions applying the laws and
rules to specific factual situations are located here.
FILING REPORTS ELECTRONICALLY allows persons
to file campaign disclosure reports and executive branch lobbyist
and client reports via the Internet.
VIEW FILED REPORTS allows persons to view filed
reports, see which filed reports have been audited, and track
recent fundraising trends.
SANCTIONS/ACTIONS provides information on Board
hearings, results of investigations, which reports have not
been timely filed, persons who have received a civil penalty
for late-filed reports, and other Board actions to resolve
matters.
BLANK REPORT FORMS provides blank forms and reports
to be filed for campaigns, ethics, or lobbying.

of the page that helps explain the information you are viewing.
At the top of the page are seven other links that
provide a variety of useful information about the Board's activities
and how to navigate the site.
