Some Iowans recently received a postcard or a payment related to the Independent Foreclosure Review, involving an agreement with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (FRB), and 13 mortgage servicers.
