PE and PLS exam applicants now have access to a Project Statement Form which they may fill out online, print, sign and return with their application materials.  The forms are available on the Application and Forms page for each profession - found on  http://www.state.ia.us/government/com/prof/engineer/home.html.   The form helps applicants provide all the information required for an acceptable project statement.
