The Commission will go into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code 21.5(1)(d) and Iowa Code 21.5(1)(f) to review and discuss the following:

1. November 3, 1999 Investigation Committee's Report.

2. Open Complaint Cases.

The Commission will convene to consider and take appropriate action on the following agenda items.

A. Open complaint cases as necessary.

B. Adjourn.
