Loffredo, Evelyn Rank, Mark Odden, Russ Nading and Evelyn Rank.
Others
present: Roger Hansen, Executive Secretary; Pam Griebel,
Assistant Attorney General, via telephone conference call; and
Susan Griffel, Education Director.
The meeting was called to order by Rogers at 10:20 a.m.
Odden moved, seconded by Rank that the Commission adopt the proposed
administrative rules, with corrections and additional editing as
necessary, to file as Notice of Intended Action. Roll call vote
as follows: Rogers, aye; Loffredo, aye; Nading, aye; Odden, aye;
and Rank, aye. Motion carried.
Odden
moved, seconded by Rank to adjourn to the meeting at 10:31a.m.
