TO THE IOWA CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION:

I am requesting a letter of right-to-sue in State District Court against the above-named Respondent.

It is my understanding if the Commission issues a right-to-sue letter, no further action will be taken by the Commission and this case will be administratively closed.

I also want a right-to-sue release from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) if appropriate. I understand upon being issued a right-to-sue release from the EEOC, no further action will be taken by EEOC and this case will be administratively closed.
