How to Report Discrimination

If you wish to explore the possibility of filing a complaint with the Iowa Civil Rights Commission please call 1-800-457-4416 ext. 914430 or ext. 914437 (or 515-281-4121) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you do not wish to file a complaint with us but would like to report an incident of discrimination please fill out the form below.

This is not a legal complaint. It is simply an informal report to the Iowa Civil Rights Commission. To file a formal complaint you will need to fill out the complaint form, print it off, sign and date it, and deliver it to our office in person, by mail, or by FAX.
