Penn National Acquisition

 

Currently, the DCI is conducting background investigations on Fortress and its principals.

The acquisition of Penn National by Centerbridge Capital Partners PNG-B, L.P. and Fortress Investment Group LLC (FIG) will be on the June 5, 2008 Commission agenda as an action item.
