CHARGES FOR REQUESTED
DOCUMENTS

Pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 22.3 and 22.11, the Commission will charge a $.30 per page fee, plus staff time for any requests for documents.  Payment of the fee will be required prior to the information being mailed.
