Byrne-JAG Grant Report Forms

Byrne grantees are referred to their grant contract documentation including the Byrne Standard Grant Conditions and any contract special conditions regarding programmatic and financial reporting and record keeping requirements.

Following are the main Byrne grant reporting forms. Contact your program planner with any questions regarding the applicability or use of these forms. Refer to the Byrne Standard Grant Conditions for due dates as they relate to each of the reporting requirements.

Unless otherwise noted, first year projects are required to submit Quarterly Progress Reports and continuation projects are required to submit Semi-Annual Progress Reports.
