Below is the text of an e-mail being sent to users of eFile & Pay who requested that return-filing confirmations be sent to them by e-mail.

Not receiving eFile & Pay e-mail confirmations? You can always add or change your e-mail address at any time. If you are already using eFile & Pay, go to Main Menu and click on Change a Profile. If you are about to use eFile & Pay for the first time, you will have the option of providing your e-mail address on the Your Profile screen.

Iowa eFile & Pay offers NEW customer service option

We have received numerous requests for some type of reminder system as due dates for business taxes approach. The department now has this option available!

This service includes:

• Reminder of upcoming quarterly due dates
• Information about any changes made to the eFile & Pay system
• Notice that we did not receive an electronically-filed quarterly return

Note : One e-mail address will not receive multiple messages.
