Taxpayer Service Hours Expanded
To better serve our customers, the Department will expand telephone customer service hours during the month of January, 2013. In January, our Taxpayer Service Section will assist customers by phone from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm, Monday through Friday. Walk-in customers will continue to be served 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday at the Department's Des Moines location, 1305 Walnut, 4th Floor, Hoover State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa.
