• Provides centralized accounting services
• Performs personnel, payroll and training functions
• Manages strategic planning
• Develops program measurements
• Conducts general management responsibilities for the agency
• The Communications Unit researches, writes and produces brochures, guides, news releases, newsletters, and audio/visual presentations. It manages Web site content and layout.
