Iowa Tax Classes - Terry O'Neill, Davenport

Terry started with the Department in 1987 as a summer intern working to find non-registered businesses. In the fall of 1987, he became a revenue agent, collecting past due taxes in the Davenport area.

In 1990, he became a field taxpayer service specialist (FTSS). As an FTSS, he mainly works with local businesses and the community colleges on sales, use, and local option taxes; withholding and income taxes, and elderly credit (rent reimbursement).
