The Service Desk provides technical help for password resets or unlocking accounts.  Technical support is available  7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday except for State Holidays.  Limited support is provided by phone only outside of regular business hours.  For system technical matters requiring immediate attention, please call the Service Desk.


Change Password Help -  follow these instructions to reset your password for - If you are trying to login to an application using @IOWAID and have forgotten your password you can reset your password following the reset password instruction video. Resetting your password with @IOWAID also unlocks your account if you accidentally locked your account. While you can use your email address to reset your password your USERNAME is generally in the format of first.last@IOWAID
