The Service Desk provides technical help for password resets or unlocking accounts.  Technical support is available 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday except for State Holidays.  Limited support is provided by phone only outside of regular business hours.  For system technical matters requiring immediate attention, please call the Service Desk.

Change Password Help

ID.Iowa.gov - follow these instructions to reset your password for id.iowa.gov. 

ENTAA.Iowa.gov - If you are trying to login to an application using @IOWAID and have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking the 'Forgot Password' button. Resetting your password with @IOWAID also unlocks your account if you accidentally locked your account. While you can use your email address to reset your password your USERNAME is generally in the format of first.last@IOWAID.
