Technical Support Online Request
The State of Iowa Service Desk provides technical help with password resets and unlocking accounts Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m., except for state holidays. To request assistance:
- Submit an online request.
- For immediate help during business hours, call 515-281-5703 or 800-532-1174. Limited phone support is available outside business hours.
- TTY Access is available at 800-735-2943.
Change Password Help
ID.Iowa.gov - To reset your forgotten password, use these instructions.
ENTAA.Iowa.gov: If you are trying to log in to an application using @IOWAID and forgot your password, click 'Forgot Password' and follow the instructions. Resetting your password will also unlock your locked account.
NOTE: Your USERNAME is generally in the format of first.last@IOWAID.
